Responsibilities:

IT Assistant
 (Bicol/Alabang)

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Area IT Coordinator for designated area providing IT administration support, network administration and server administration thru coordination with IT counterpart in Head Office.
  • To support day to day end user  operation
  • To provide Desktop/laptop administration and support
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues
  • Troubleshoot computer problem onsite or remotely
  • Monitor system and application health, network traffic, bandwidth utilization and reports/track any faults to the ISP via phone and email.
  • Candidate must have the ability to create creative graphic flyers or brochures and with working knowledge in web design. Must be detail and deadline orientated.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Undertake other duties and specific projects as directed, which may include
  • Researching new technology and developing innovative approaches to new challenges.

Project Engineer/Architect 
(Bicol Region-Legazpi City)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts on the spot inspections to determine if the actual construction work complies with agreed schedule and methodology, and all project personnel are performing their assigned task.
  • Assist in construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Civil Engineer or Architect
  •  
  • Male or Female; at least 25 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Person of good moral character, and team player.
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast paced environment with

HR and Admin Officer
(Bicol Region – Legazpi City)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Human resource development
  • Degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or related discipline
  • Meaningful experience to a full spectrum in Human Resource Management with Recruitment and Sourcing and Employee Relations as core competence
  • HR generalist experience in other HR competencies and functional areas including development of pay structure, benefits design and development among others
  • MUST be adept in the entire cycle of Performance Management from policy and design formulation to implementation
  • MUST have the ability to provide significant contribution in the creation of HR strategies by maintaining updates on manpower plan and other related weekly and monthly reports such as attrition identification and computation
  • Has proven professional maturity, integrity, leadership and can define and execute divergence between personal and professional links to people across all levels of the organization
  • MUST be very organized and resourceful

Auditor
(Bicol Region – Legazpi City)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts construction audits / fieldworks.
  • Review of Operational Controls.
  • Reviews operational programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and goals.
  • Establish internal control over inventory and other property.
  • Design forms used in control application.
  • Does other special assignments such as special studies on any phase of management activity, investigation works and others.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Male or Female 21 to 30 years of age.
  • Must be analytical and keen on details.
  • Willing to extend working hours.
  • Has a good communication and people skill.
  • Experience in auditing is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
