Imperial Ridgeview Royale
Situated in the coastal town of Albay, Legaspi City, Imperial Ridgeview Royale Homes is a landmark attraction in the making. Part of the planned development is the Imperial Ridgeview Royale Homes Resort Membership Club with swimming pools, clubhouse and boardwalk along the mile-long Puro Beach.
Allowance for nature was a consideration in designing this well-planned leisure development. The designers worked in tandem with the natural elements: topography, wind and fantastic view. Working with nature was a consideration to be able to design a unique leisure community that makes the most of its idyllic environment.
