  • What is the available financing for the housing units?
    For the In-House Financing:
    • Reservation fee: 25,000 (deductible from the down payment); 30% down payment payable in 6 months with 0% interest. Balance of 5 years at 16% interest or for 10 years at 18% interest.

    • Reservation fee: 25,000 (deductible from the down payment); 30% down payment payable in 12 months with 0 % interest. Balance of 5 years at 16% interest or balance of 10years at 18% interest.

  • When will the house be constructed?
    Start of construction of the unit shall be upon FULL PAYMENT OF THE REQUIRED 30% DOWNPAYMENT.

  • How many months shall the housing unit is constructed?
    The construction period of the housing unit, is maximum of SIX (6) MONTHS.

  • When is the turn-over of the unit to the buyer?
    The housing unit shall be turned-over to the BUYER: 8 months (earliest period)-12 months (longest period) after the unit is constructed and completed. And upon completion of the necessary documents and upon signing of the CTS, DOAS or any necessary contracts/pertinent papers.

  • Is there a discount if the Total Contract Price is paid in cash?
    Regular Discount: (subject to change without prior notice)
    For Cash Payment on Total Contract Price:
    Payment is made 15 days from the date of reservation ----- 10% discount
    Payment is made 30 days from the date of reservation ----- 7% discount

  • Is there any discount if down payment is paid in cash?
    Yes, buyer can get as much as 10% discount from the actual down payment if it is paid in CASH and 7% discount if actual down payment is paid within 30 days from reservation.

  • Is VAT (value added tax) included in the pricing?
    Yes, it is already included.

  • Is there a schedule for prospective buyers to see Le Grand Central Courtyard?
    There are ocular visits we call tripping schedules. These are made 7 days in advance to provide enough time for the arrangements of vehicle and guide. For overseas clients, you may arrange the actual site inspection with our representative in your country and they will contact your relative for the tripping schedule.
